It is right behind/ beside the blower motor. It's called a blower resistor. Never has had a relay. The old 60's cars were just on and off by the switch. One speed.
The days of the blower motor relay have long since past I'm afraid. Your vehicle has a blower control module. I am not exactly sure where it is because I am not at work with the manuals but it's usually under the hood near the blower itself. I suspect your blower has stopped? You should test for power and ground to the motor before replacing parts.
