I have a 1995 Toyota RAV4 and would like to know about the fuse ABS 60A as I am missing this fuse.

ABS labeled fuses of this era Toyota are for ABS (anti-lock) brakes.
It shouldn't hurt to replace it, but the anti-lock may not be working correctly is why someone removed it. The anti-lock may sense incorrectly and engage when it's not needed.

I have a 2006 Chevy HHR. My son jumped his car with it and my power steering quit. I can't find the owners manual and don't know where the fuse is located to check it. Could you help please?

Under the hood, on the Driver's side is the main fuse box. EPS fuse is #1 and is a 60A. Also, there is another 2A fuse located in the small fusebox on the inside, passenger side on the console (near firewall).

Usually, it is the 60A that is blown.
