Make sure there are no worn front end components on the vehicle. Is it equipped with large off road tires? The steering damper shock attached to the steering linkage may be worn out

Try switching the wheels from left to right side and see if the wobble goes with it.
If not, look for a worn tie rod end or other suspension component.
If wobble goes to left side, look for bent rim.

Wish I knew what vehicle but if it's front wheel drive,bet on the wheel bearing, would think it would make noise on turns,usually worse one way than the other.
Have you checked the tires ? Sometimes a wobble can be a broken belt inside the tire tread. Or it could be something loose in the hub. You could also switch the front and rear tire to see if the wobble moves.
It wobbles? like when your driving it vibrates and stuff. If so its not your tire. It could be anything. Loose lug nuts. Bad Hub assembly. Suspension. Brakes. or if it really is the tire. it might be out of round. or need to be rotated to the back of the vehicle
you need to have your tires checked for a slipped belt, also if you get a shake in the steering wheel when you apply the brake you need to have the brake rotors re-surfaced or replaced.
Sounds like a belt shift in a front tire. Raise the vehicle and spin each front wheel while looking at the bottom surface from the front. Look for "runout" or a wobble in the bottom surface of the tire. You can also rotate the tires and see if the symptom moves to the rear
An easily overlooked problem that can have these symptoms is low tire pressure. Examine your tire for excessive wear or a flat spot. Check your tire pressures. If all this seems fine, rotate your tires to see if that helps the problem. If so, replace the suspect tire.
yes make sure your lug nuts are all tight and the wheels are seated properly on the hubs, if they are tight bring the car to a tire shop and have them balance the two front tires, this will tell you if you have a bent wheel please rate -jeff
