Anti theft turns off fuel pump relay not spark if you have the 2.4l they had ALOT of problem with the spark module failure the one under the cover. replace the entire unit

Hi, im a retired ford tech, with alot of experience on ford anti theft . Now if you are asking about a built in oem factory anti theft, your not going to be able to bypass it. Now to answer your question, I would say your factory anti theft IS NOT causing your issue. It will make it unable to start,it doesnt kill anything else.
Could be the crank position sensor...nothing to do with the anti-theft...have you tried dis-connecting the battery for 15 minutes? This is designed to re-set to factory specs...

The reset procedure is as follows:--

Read your manual or take it to the dealer. It sounds like it needs reset.....if this is a factory anti theft system, only the installer may be able to help you.
If its a factory installed radio and not an aftermarket radio, only dealerships can reset the radio for you. The reason for being is dealerships needs to be sure that his or her radios are not stolen.
