I need front and rear shocks for my 05' sts Cadillac that has electric magnetic control. Do you know where I can purchase this for reasonable price?

most likely cause is that the actuator ( sensor) for the air ride shocks is telling the car that the suspension is wrong fo rhigher speeds. the "fix" would be to return to the original air-ride shocks and correct any other modifications made. with computerized systems you cannot just make arbitrary changes without re-programing the computer to accept them( a very costly "if available" option

The globe may be in backwards. Twin filiment globes can sometimes be installed back to front. See when you have your running lights on if that one is brighter than the other, if so it is backwards, Otherwise the globe is probably getting old & blackened & need to be replaced.

It sounds to me that you have an extreme engine misfire and the engine control computer has gone into "reduced power mode" (The reason for which can only be determined by proper diagnosis).

If your check engine light is blinking, it is the automotive equivalent of posting in bold, underlined, all caps....

it is SCREAMING at you to get your engine control system checked out because you are in the process of DESTROYING SOME VERY HIGH-DOLLAR PARTS OF YOUR CAR!!! (If you have not already done that.)

Only the rear ones should have the air lift feature, although there is a conversion kit that may have been used to add air lift to the front.

The type of shocks you have (front and back) will depend on whether you have the Electronic Suspension system option. Without this, the shocks are pretty standard. However, if you have this, they are all (front and back) controlled electronically to adjust the firmness of the shocks to assist in keeping the vehicle level during maneuvers. You can quickly tell if you have this option by examining one of the shocks to see if there is an electrical connection on the side. If you have this system, these can be very expensive and hard to find, and GM has had a lot of trouble with them. As a result, many owners have replaced them with standard aftermarket struts (which includes air lift versions for the back). However, the old shock electrical cables have to be specially terminated if you do this (see The Cadillac User Forum for more info).

The vent solenoid is stuck closed on the ELC unit (electronic level control). You can replace the vent valve but it is mounted to the ELC unit witch is attached to the rear axle assembly on the top of axle assembly above the right muffler. To temporary level car, disconnect the compressor electrically then disconnect the air line on one of the rear shocks, let air out till car is level put air line back on shock. Thank you

If your car has automatic rear air leveling system, no this is not normal, but if you have regular shock's, life time is about 70,000.
