My isuzu kb 250 is having a hard start in the morning and will idle rough and picks up later. but when you try to accelerate it looses power and cuts off or cuts off at intersections when I slow down. It then settles later during the day and will drive relatively okay. We have tried to change the glow timer but did not change. We also disconnected one of the sensors on the Thermo housing, still this morning did the same. I also bypassed the lift pump but still it cuts off Please assist with solution and diagnosis

Wow NO YEAR CAR STATED are you kidding?
what country you just posted a non usa car on a usa forum.
so what engine>? cant fix engine (any) not knowing that.
seems like Diesel, (Glow plugs)
seem you are guessing?

if diesel is it direct injection? we cant guess that either.
but if it is ,ever use a scan tool;?

what car, kb250 something, is it a pickup truck
what engine,
what country.
what miles.
is fuel good? did car sit long, a year?
do not disconnect sensors. ever.
nor bypass pumps, ever. (cept a few minute test) but bypassing pumps invites blowing the H3LL the injector ECU. big bucks that.
the pumps are run this way to prevent CRASH on burn , like seen on TV, ever see one for real.? not pretty, (cant unsee that.... ever)

turning over is cranking (different words for same thing) You need to do some testing to determine what is failing. Good guess would be the crank sensor however without testing, you may not solve the problem by just replacing it. I suggest you obtain a decent manual such as chilton or haynes and using a digital multi-meter, perform the tests on your sensors outlined. Since the problem is intermittent you need to test both when working and also when in "no start". Testing helps avoid changing non-failed and expensive components, and is always the best thing to do before buying parts.
No one here can tell you what's wrong simply because no one can do that essential part of diagnostics by "long distance"
Good luck!! (if you need help with anything you discover, feel free to ask!!)

is it blowing any smoke when it starts and if so what colour?
has its servicing been kept up to date?
could be fuel related
check and drain water trap filter under vehicle look for any water contamination.
have the fuel filters been changed?
is it running rough at idle?
these had problems with EGR, injectors, and suction control valves as well as lift pump in fual tank that could cause your concern.

My Isuzu KB 280 2004 Model vibrates when i start it in the morning during cold weather. I'm forced to hold the accelerator for a while for it to idle. After 8-10 mins then it idles. What are the normal...

Your car should be idling somewhere at 1000 rpm. If it is vibrating in cold weather, it is probably because you need a valve job. I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself unless you are confident in your abilities. What is happening is that the small problem of your valves being too loose is being compounded by the cold weather contracting the metal in your engine, so everything has greater clearances. Once your engine warms up, the metal expands and the problem appears to go away. However, your car will continue to not be as powerful or efficient as long as this is happening. Just call around and get some quotes from shops on a valve job. Shouldn't be uber expensive as it requires no parts and only takes a professional an hour or so.
This is a normal problem to have-- some Hondas need a valve job every 36k or so.
