While driving door locks go up and down. Park Drive indicator in dash goes back and forth, eventually starts to miss. If you stop and shut the truck off it is like there is no power, but the battery is full charge

You actually provided a very good description of the issue. You didn't mention any check engine light on so I am assuming it is not illuminated. Based on your description I would focus on the park/neutral safety switch located on the transmission just below the shift cable attachment at the transmission. Start there.
Good luck.

First thing I would do is install a new battery negative terminal and when you're installing it, run an extra ground wire from it to the firewall where original engine to body ground is. Then check the ground wire coming out of the engine harness, the one on the right side back near the firewall. It goes to the back of the block. If you give it a good pull I bet the connector comes off (I've had several do this - probably a factory issue).

If that doesn't work, go through and recheck all of the ground connections.

Hope this helps!

What can cause doors lock to unlock and then lock again while driving

The indicator for park/neutral is changing on the dash without you moving the shifter?
If so...the park/neutral switch on the transmission...(or could be on shifter housing) is informing the lock control module/body module... that the vehicle has been put in park...thus the door unlock actuation...then..apparently the switch is erroneously informing the lock module that it is in neutral...drive...thus locking the doors....could also be a fault in the general body module...which ..most likely...controls most of the body systems via CAN BUS....Controller Area Network system....
Odd that no codes are in the body/lock module....make sure your scan tool is indeed able to access the body control systems...if not...you need to find a location that will provide that service.

Try dis connecting the negative side of your battery for 5 minutes. Hook the battery back up and see if the theft system reset itself. It has to be the negative side only. Hope this works.

Trans in park computor read out on dash reads it is in drive

You most likley have a bent/damaged shifter cable. Unhook it at the trans, and move the linkage, with the park brake set. Push it all the way forward, that is park. The display should change and it should start. If so you will need the cable. Good Luck

Parking lights and dash lights won't shut off

The park lights staying on indicates the switch is deteriorating.
I would replace it.
The door locks is probably a voltage issue. With the cold weather, the locks need more voltage to unlock. They get that voltage when the engine is running. If you really want the locks to work without the engine, you might try accessing the locks and cleaning them. Then use a lightweight grease, like lithium grease, to help them open with less power.
