High and low beam lights are on different fuses and different relays Check the low beam relay and fuse. The relays are usually in the engine compartment near the headlights or near the battery or firewall.
Hope this is helpful.

If you have the older style headlight, the high and low beam is a two element bulb in the same light. The low filament can be burned out and the high beam filiment is ok because it gets much less use than the low beam.

Explorer 2007 Right Head Lamp And HighBeam Problem

Have you checked the bulbs? There are individual fuses for each headlamp so you'll want to check those also. they are in the battery junction box which is under the hood on the driver's side, fuse 29 is for the right headlamp and fuse 34 is for the left headlamp.

One headlight works and other doesn't but when I switch bulbs I still have same issue. Drivers side dayrtime n highbeem works and passenger side just low beem works but when I switch bulbs then its still...

the headlamps are controlled by the IPM (intellegent power module) which is a fancy name for the underhood fuse box. The fuse box has its own computer that controls lighting. The only thing you can do is check for power the the drivers side headlamp. The drivers side low beam is power by the white w/ dark blue wire. If there is no power then a trip to your dodge dealer is the next step.

It is possible that there is an issue with the ground wire so make sure the ground wire is grounded.

92 Toyota Camry Passenger side headlight only works with HigBeam

You need to get a volt meter at the headlamp plug (Wiring harness) to see if you got a ground, power from the low beam wire, and then power from the hight beam wire. It's the best place to start.

No headlamps on 97 Mountaineer.

Buy 1 bulb and insert in each socket one at a time. If the low beam does not work on either side you know it is not because of the bulb. Then you will have 1 extra bulb for emergencies. Ask at autoparts about a headlight relay for lowbeam. When you wrote that highbeams work on pullback you did not say if they stay on high. You have "Flash to Pass" for highbeam which can be a different circuit. The automatic headlight switch is yet another set of contacts to go bad. You should set "auto" to off so you are not fighting this feature when testing. Good Luck

Right headlamp

Check the fuse for the passenger side.It is under the hood. it may not be making good contact. wiggle it a little bit and see if it makes any difference. if not, check where the the ground wires are connected to the chasis. See if thats not the problem.
