If the ac lite is on and air coming out you may have a leak but if it is not running it can be a relay or a fuse, It seems to me a vehicle has to many relay the one behind my dash was the one that wasn't working and it cost me 300 dollars to get it fixed the part was 18

Hello, i have toyota avalon 2011 and i have issue with engine fuse box as electric not passing to MG CLT relay. Please suggest what need to check and from where electric passing to MG CLT relay?

The MG CLT relay controls the Magnetic Clutch for the A/C compressor. This relay is fed by fuse number 19 (A/C Comp) located in the fuse block on the lower left of the Driver's side instrument panel.

I have relay saying :mg clt what is that mean?

It is the Magmetic clutch relay for your A/C - if your AC light is blinking and you have no AC change this relay - common problem in this model - to test the relay switch it with one of the other relays next to it and try the AC (the relays are ina black box on the drivers side under the hood behind the battery)

Where is diagram for the replacement of the AC relay located in the manual? Online?

I don't know of any relay that would take that long to replace.
A very common problem is the magnetic clutch relay which works the A/C clutch. Its located under the hood in a relay/fuse box right next to the battery. Take the cover off and look inside the cover. It list all the relays and fuses in it. Locate the one for the mag clutch. It will be abbreviated like mg/ch or something similar With the car off, pry it out carefully and swap it with the horn relay. (look for that one listed in the cover also) After the swap, start the car and see if it works. If it does swap them back to their normal positions and go buy a new mag clutch relay.
Hope its this simple for you.

2004 Toyota Sienna LE sliding door failed after battery jumpstart

could very well be the relay for the power door and possibly the interior light relay... they are located in the fuse panel under the dash.
