Are you out of gas? If not check for clogged fuel filter or lines and defective fuel pump. Faulty distributor components, cap and rotor. GoodLuck!

What wire's have to be tied together to bypass immobilizer so I can start my 2004 lincoln Ls

Trying to bypass an Immobiliser isn't a good idea. The system is wired into many areas of the electronics. Cutting and tying wires randomly can create SERIOUS problems. By Serious I really mean VERY expensive!
Get a Good Auto Electrician to have a look at it and they will be able to tell you what is wrong.

Pcv 2004 lincoln ls v8 where

For the Lincoln LS V8, there is a flexable tube on the drivers side of the engine that runs from the valve cover/crankcase to the air intake tube. There isnt a PCV valve for this engine, it is just a tube for ventilation.

04 lincoln ls turn it off, won't start, 30 mins later starts, runs great

The only way to know what is the cause of this is to have the electronic engine control module scanned for fault codes. It is the very 1st thing that MUST be done.

2004 Linclon LS went to start it wont start makes a winding noise sounds likes its not catching

Sounds like the gear on the starter is not sliding forward on the shaft to engage the ring gear so what you are hearing is the starter motor spinning free. So absent any other clue I would suspect the starter needs to be replaced.
