POSITIONING OF THE ACCELERATOR CONTROL CABLE IN THE
ENGINE COMPARTMENT COULD RESULT IN ABNORMAL WEAR TO THE CABLE. THE CABLE
COULD BEGIN TO FRAY AND UNWIND.
UPON INSPECTION, THE ACCELERATOR CABLE WILL BE REPOSITIONED, IF NECESSARY, AND REPLACED IF DAMAGED.

go under the hood and manually move the accelerator to see what is binding it.
If you dont know how to do this then get an assistant to press on the accelerator (car does not have to be on) and whatch for the part that moves as he accelerates. Manually move this to find the binding. Please note that it is possible to have binding with in the cable assembly back to the foot pedal.
