2007 Odyssey occasionally dings and displays, "Check charging system" alert on the instrument panel. Vast majority of the time it's when I'm driving 10 mph or lower, but that's the only constant.

You will get your solution and all info on service info, repair info, parts info, wiring/
electrical/fuse diagrams, error/fault codes, torque specs, PCV, , owner's/service/repair/parts/maintenance manuals etc everything

Extremely slow battery charging rate??

More info needed. Slow charging rate could be a bad battery, or a bad alternator.

I have no power to the switch or any thing else. Battery is fully charged. No lights nothing electrical works.

Your year--make--model didn't post for some reason? That info would be helpful.
When the vehicle is running, it's the charging system that should carry the load, not the battery. If the charging system can't handle it, it will drain the battery.

If battery has a full charge, check the battery connections. Use a testlight and follow the voltage. Check the fuse circuits in the fuse box. Some fuse circuits are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on. I can't tell if you have fusible links w/o more info.
