The combination flasher unit for the turn signals and hazard flashers is located to the left of the floor console behind the lower steering colum trim cover.

Thanks

Where is flasher relay located on 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

if you google Where is flasher relay located on 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you will find answers.
Look above the fuse box under the left side of the dash to locate the flasher unit. The flasher is a square unit that looks like a relay. It will have its own receptacle mounted separately from the fuse box.

Flasher relay location

Usually in the fusebox. The unit should make a clicking noise when the flashers are operated. On the cover there is a diagram to show relay location.

No blinker lights work

Either the flasher unit or the signal lamp fuse is bad. If the fuse is blown, you should inspect the wiring to turn signals and brake lights for breaks and cuts in the insulation. Also check the wiring harness going into the steering column.
The flasher is the usual culprit. Your owner's manual should show you where it is. If not, go to a car parts store and look at a Delco replacement so you know the object of your search. (It's probably a small metal can that plugs into a socket.) Look under the dashboard, in the glove compartment, and in the fuse and relay boxes.

Turn signals aren't working but flashers are

that is because they run off different systems, they both have thier own relays, normally the common fault with flashers not working is either, fuse, or relay (flasher repeter unit), if you turn your turn signals left or right can you hear a click click click noise? if not its your flasher unit, hope this helps

My signals and flasher quit working 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee

in your vehicles owner manual, look up fuses, and flasher units or flasher relay. Fuses are normally located under the dash, but when both turn signals quit working it is usually the relay. The relay is located under the hood yours owners manual should show you the location.
