Sounds like a fuse box issue or multiple issues ,
does the ac compressor even clak when activated , i asssume the fan does not work.
has these worked recently an just failed or has the car been in a flood maybe.

SOURCE: No heat in my 98 Grand Marquis

are you shure that you dont have trapped air in the heater core? get a big funnel that will fit tightly in the radiator filler and fill with coolant and run the car to normal operating temp and watch for the level to drop or bubbles to evacuate into the funnel. on really stubborn air locks i have had to squeeze the hoses to pump water through the heater core.

SOURCE: turn signal don't work or the flashers?

If you still have flasher problems, I read on Google to spray WD-40 down in and around the hazzard flasher button, then press it up and down several times...and BINGO...all flashers and signals worked again....just had some dirt and dust in the wiring....

SOURCE: blower motor only works on high on 98 jeep grand

you need a temp limited switch and for the most part its close to the blower motor has a small screw on each side with a plug in the middle give these websites a try www.autozone.com and www.alldatadiy.com if all fails stop by your Jeep dealership in the parts department and they be able to show you what i am talking about and print you off pictures and diagrams showing you where it is located wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.

Flasher relay in a 98 mercury grand marquis?

The fuse block the relay is located in is behind the knee bolster, the trim panel under the steering column, left of the steering column underneath the dash. Common source of problems if that does not fix it is the Light Control Module ( LCM), turn signal switch unit, headlight switch.

No turn signals on 98 grand marquis

I would check for power at the fuse then at the turn signal switch.

No turn signals or brake lights

try turning the hazards on and off several times these switches go bad and will keep the lights from coming on
