No telling where break or short is. Just because the Power locks work doesn't mean there is not a problem in the power window power delivery. Are you saying all power windows do not work? I I assume you have master window control at Driver's door? So neither master or independent at each door control switch operates any of the windows. If so please double check the fuse or connections near the departure from the fuse for the windows.

Nothing works Passenger door . 2003 GMC Sierra. no mirror, PL or window.checked fuses.tried new controls. I utubed a guy said disconnect battery ground , will reset .I did and worked.until I moved it.

Power windows don't use fuse's , has circuit breakers
• PWR WDO CB 25A (fuse block) (System power for left and right windows 2-door vehicles. System power for LF and LR windows 4-door vehicles)
• PWR WDO CB 25A (IP wiring harness junction block) (System power for RF and RR windows 4-door vehicles)

Door Lock System Components
The power door lock system consists of the following components:
• The driver door module (DDM)
• The passenger door module (PDM)
• The body control module (BCM)
• The driver information center (DIC)
• The rear door lock switch
• The door lock relay
• The door unlock relay
• The liftgate lock relay--utility vehicles with liftgate only
• The reversible door lock actuators in each of the doors and liftgate
• LOCKS 20A fuse (rear lock/unlock relay supply voltage)
• ECC 10A fuse (liftgate lock relay supply voltage)

I am experiencing power windows, locks and mirrors not functioning but the power door lock works from the passenger side. The vehicle is a 2005 Ford Taurus. Is it a Broken wire or defect. mstr swtch?

Probably a broken wire in the flex boot from the body to the driver's door . Viewing wiring diagrams an test the power wire to the drivers master switch would be a way to find out . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. year ,make , model an engine size. Under system click on body & accessories ,then under subsystem click on power windows . click search button then the blue links . lite blue with black trace is power for master switch . Is there B+ voltage ? if not open wire ,probably inside flex boot .

My drivers side window will not go up or down. Also, the door lock/unlock on the same side doesn't work either

Sounds like a connector is disconnected inside the driver side door. The connector is usually located near the front of the door. Removing the door panel could be a job you do not want to attempt, but the car being a 2004 you may want to try. The wiring for the door windows and locks goes through this door.

Locks won't work and Windows won't go down brought

Check for a broken wire in the door jam. Other wise I think, You need to research this more, that the Left Front Power Window Switch is actually a door module. I would guess it has either lost power or gone bad.

Doors wont lock. Windows won't work. Car thinks the door is locked because when I open the hood alarm goes off. Security light is flashing when doors are closed. Locks don't engage when driving...

Window fuse's and relay's may be up under driver or passenger side dash or behind glove box, under the hood and even under the seats, and finally on the ends of the dash. All passenger power windows and locks are controlled thru and get power from the master control switch on the drivers door. Could be a broken wire in the rubber boot going from the door to the body. You will have to eliminate each till you find the culprit. Check that all switches return to neutral when released. It could also be the body control module.

Power windows, door locks and mirrors inop.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...
