There should be three vacuum lines one to the front axle controller, one is a vent and the other connects to engine vacuum

99 chev blazer should have an electric motor not a vac switch...Is your controll on the dash a switch you turn.. or on the floor you shift ??

Auto tek fluid, it's blue, you get at your dealer only. If you don't spill a drop you will only need 2 qrts. if you spill just a little then it won't be full and you'll end up needing 2.03 qrts.

Depends on what thermostat you put in. Stock is a 190*. Which will usally run about 200-210. That's where most all small blocks are happy.
