if memory serves it is in a fuss panel behind the glove box and hard to reach, what i do is when it is making the noise i put a finger on each relay until i can feel the clicking.
I'm lost here. You have a noise around or behind the glove box. And you say you have filled and bled the system. The cooling system ?? How would the cooling system produce a noise in the cabin ? Could the noise be the blower motor ? Or something loose behind the glove box ? Does the noise happen when you are driving, or sitting still, or both ?
Without knowing what the noise sounds like, your best bet would be loose items actually in the glove box, or something in the heating system, like a weak valve fluttering. Does it make a difference if you have the heater or a/c on or off? Does it matter if the fan is on or off? Do you hear it sitting still or moving? These are all questions that need to be answered in order to track it down. It is usually fairly simple to remove the glove box itself and locate where the sound is coming from.
it sounds like your starter relay is working (thats the clicking you hear) so the problem possibly lies withe starter motor or the solenoid mounted on top of it.
The noise is coming from your blend door motor, you just need to replace it and it would go away. is not hard you can take the glove box off and you can see it and hear it at the same time there are two one closer to the center console and the other one is closer to the right kick panel. but you can see it them you take off the glove box. it's easy to replaced two screws and a guide stud.
Sounds like the sloshing noise is water in the a/c-heater box. The drain is probably plugged. I don't think the sloshing noise is causing the ragged running problem.
Is the noise that you hear a loud "humming" nosie? If so, I need you to remove the lower panel, under the glove box, (if it has one), and remove the 3 screws that hoilds the heater fan to the plastic box. After removing the fan, inspect the fan and inside the box for debris. Most likely, you will find some type of debris contained in the fan blades. This is very common, I drop 2-3 fan motors a week around this time of year. You may also find a rodent nest in the fan area.
