Where can I order a wiring harness for the icbm 5256, I got it at a yard sale and they lost the harness that plug in the back of the player

Your best bet is to just do some extensive online searching... If the player brand has a website, and a customer service phone number, that would be your best option. Many times you can get replacement parts for any product if you can find a phone number to contact the company that manufactured it. if the product is very old, and is no longer made, it may not be possible... the best you can do is try... search a salvage yard for a replacement unit take unit and wiring harness from salvage yard usually about 30 -40 bucks if u just replace the box and the wiring was burnt and or shorted than ur problem wont be fixed but if u can find a salvage yard replacement with the wiring harness then its basically a plug and play replacement

I suggest you go to a junk yard find another 2000 Explorer. Cut the radio wires and plug out of that truck. Then just match up the colors and attach that plug to your truck. I would suggest soldering the wires together to avoid problems down the line. Good Luck!

i think its factory fitted ?? so you might not have the wiring loom pre installed

Go to a stereo sales & installation shop, or even auto parts places usually have them now too, and get an adapter harness for your particular vehicle. They plug directly in to your existing harness, then you simply wire your new stereo to it,via directions. Few bucks now, will save hours of aggravation later,.and if you decide to sell vehicle later, and put old one back in, it's all there to plug back in, nice & clean.

if you go to oreilly auto parts they have the exact harness you need 50.00 you have to plug it in where your rear lights are on both sides
