Well, there really isn't an accessory relay...There are a number of relays that control specific things in the car as now a days the manufacturers try to put things on separate circuits. Here's a link to the fuse panels where the relays are ( f is for fuse, r is for relay and they are numbered) there are two fuse panels in the car, one is under the hood front passenger side, the other is under the rear seat passenger side.

Yours is under the back seat. The panel lid is marked for the fuses.

The fan relays should be in the fuse relay box in the engine compartment.
You may need to check your owners manual to find the right ones as they are probably numbered.

under the hood in the fuse box should say cooling fan

You may want to check the fuse...DIC/RKE located in the fuse panel.

The BLOWER MODULE is located on the A/C EVAPORATOR housing located UNDER THE HOOD passenger side firewall. Has 2 electrical connectors. Mounted with 4 screw bolts.Hope this helps
