When the big motor wire is the only one connected, Meyers will angle left. Are the little wires plugged in? Do they have power when needed to operate spool valves? If so do they create magnetism? (just hold a screwdriver alongside) If so remove and check valve...
Same problem just happen with our plow and it was one of the 2 pressure switches at the motor so they were all the same age so we just replaced all 3 it has 2 pressure switches and a solenoid working great now

low voltage to the pump will not allow activation of the relay that changes direction of fluid flow. The pump takes lots of power, and if supply is low, there isn't enough for the other circuits. Clean "all" the ends of power cables, positive and ground, and coat with di-electric gel, buy it by the tube at auto parts store for $6. Also check the contacts in the cab control and on the relays. there could be a defective relay, which you can check with a hot jumper and ohm meter or load. Feel for good strong click vibration and electric flow thru big contacts when activated. Some relay are grounded thru the mounting bolts, others have a separate wire, 1 or 2 of the small ~ # 10 wires connected to small bolts. If only one then take relay off and clean the mounting surfaces as this is the path for the ground.
