2013 Honda CRV rear wiper fuse problem.

I would bet that the 30 amp fuse feeds the motor and the 10 amp fuse feeds both of the switches. Can you remove the rear trim to gain access to the rear motor and unplug it?

4 - NUT
5 - NUT COVER

What you will need to do is to remove the small plastic cap on the wiper arm by prying it off with a screw driver. Then remove the nut that holds the arm onto the shaft. Then get yourself a battery cable puller (from auto parts store) and pull the arm off of the shaft..

if you don't find any screws then it is held in place by push pins. Make sure you check for cover caps near any interior release handles. These push pins are plastic and typically are spaced 8 to 10 inches apart all the way around the outer edge. You have to pry these up carefully and make sure they come our of the metal and not out of the panel itself. They are replaceable and available at Auto Zone and Advance Auto in the generic section.
