The pump motor could be bad, The screen filter attached to the pump motor could be clogged, Fuse could be blown, Hoses from tank to w/s could be clogged, Spray nozzles at w/s could be clogged.

Jeep wrangler wiper fluid will not dispense on front windsheld but will on the rear

Switch is faulty is the first thing comes to my mind. Your spot on tho in your diagnosis, although you may have two pumps and tanks, one for front, one for rear. I would check all my fuses just to be sure, and I would look at all my waster tubes and make sure they are not clogged, check your nozzles too, as sometimes wax can clog them up.

I would check the washer pump to see if it is working assuming the tank is full of fluid.

Windshield wiper sprayer won't spray and fluid tank is full

your motor could be bad you could have a bad fuse or there is something in the line or there is something in the sprayer head. if you listen around the sprayer motor you should be able to here is it is working or not if it is working it is probably something in the line or sprayer head if it is not working than it is either a bad motor or it isn't getting power if the motor isn't working I would start with the fuses.

The rear window wiper and window water spray will not turn off

This sounds like a bad switch, try dissconnecting the switch for the rear wipers and see if it stops if it does then replace the switch, the motor is pretty get and dry if it runs and the sprayers spray then it sounds like the switch is stuck or bad.start there,

Windshield wiper sprayers

You seem to have the motor not working or there is not any power going to the washer pump motor. Check the fuse in the box first.

Windshield wiper sprayers

This could be 2 things.

First of all, check for any debris blocking the sprayer holes.

Secondly, open the hood and make sure the hose running from the washer fluid tank is connected to the bottom of the sprayer.
