Heat only blows out on vents and defrost but not on floor
This can be the result of power loss, etc. If the blend door is working, you may have success by doing a recalibration.
Shut off the SUV and remove the key. Disconnect the SUV's (+) battery terminal for 2 minutes.
Reconnect.
Set fan to low / off.
Insert key and twist to RUN position. You should hear the blend doors exercise and recalibrate.
Done!
Usually, it's a door motor on the heater case that's stuck/broken. Is this an automatic HVAC system or a manual system?
