Where is the fuel pump relay on a 95 olds achieva 4 cyl

What is model year? Does the relay have diagram on it? The load side of relay usually shows as open switch, that should be load side of relay, use jumper wire between those two terminals on the load side, with relay unplugged. That should send voltage to pump. One of those terminals should be hot all the time. This is just for testing not driving. Even if fuel pump runs, that doesn't mean it will start?

Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure?

Yes or the run relay. Hold the palm of your hand over them all. You'll feel it tick when you turn the key to start. Swap it out $15 or less

What engine? Only the 1MZ V6 has this relay. On the 4-cyl, the fuel pump runs off the circuit opening relay, which is in relay block 6, behind the instrument cluster.

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank.

Dont think its a relay ,this a hands on thingy so its difficult to advise.When it stops check for spark with an old plug shoved in a lead as it could be electrical,if it sparks ok then look on injection system for a faulty sensor,as the electrical resistance can change with heat.
