Off the master cylinder. The front tube controls the rear brakes. And the back one controls the front brakes. Just a note. I don't know which year they started doing this, but, the front right brake goes/ties in to the left rear brakes. left front to right rear. This set up runs off the ABS module to the brakes.

Randy, thanks! Just to be sure I understand, you are saying at some point the ABS so that the rear port on the master cylinder feeds the ABS and instead of it controlling the pressure to the two front brakes, it may control pressure to the front right / left rear?
