I had the same problem with a Toyota truck, either the key is worn or the lock itself is, you can try slightly moving the key back and forth while turning it in the lock. Do not apply too much pressure or you'll risk snapping the key off. to fix the problem completely, I would try having a new key made, if that doesn't work, get new locks, have them keyed to match by a locksmith.
if neither handle will open it, Inside or out, its a little harder to do, But can be done, you need to remove the inside door panel , and reach inside the hole inside the inner and outer door panel, and unlatch the door mechanism, whats happened is that the arm leading to it has a little plastic retaining clip that holds it on and its either just popped out or has broken
this could be a couple of problems 1 the handle portion that connects to the actuation rod is broken or the actuation rod has popped out of the handle. Either way you will need to remove the door panel to identify the problem.
You need to open the door to remove the handle, ask a locksmith to open it with a 'slim jim' then once it is open you can remove the broken handle assembly.
Once removed you can see what you need to replace.
