Is that grey plug between the coil the cooliant temp sensor on a 6 cylnder 2004 Lincoln ls it the cylnder head temp sensor I know but everything I read is saying that is the cooliant temp sensor also. At the auto parts store there is a part for the cooliant temp sensor but we can not find it on the car anywhere? And tauto parts store computer redirects to Chandler temp sensor needy to know if these 2 parts act as the same on this model car sense I can not find the cooliant temp sensor anywhere on the motor

it is located on the cylinder head in between the two front spark plugs

If the only code you have is a P0113 then the answer to your question is no it can not be the oxygen sensor. P0113 indicates that the IAT sensor is reading at -46 deg F. With the computer thinking it is that cold it will need lots of fuel, cold air is more dense and com-pack so more molecules of oxygen and therefore needs more fuel to keep correct air/fuel ratio.
Do you have a way to measure voltage across the sensor?
You should have about 5V coming into the sensor and around 1.5 to 3.0V(depending on the temp) leaving it.

A bad coil pack can foul out the spark plugs. I have also been told the computer might need to be reset for around $100. You must use Motorcraft OE plugs for this car to run at its best is what my mechanic told me.

On the intake, Near the top radiator hose inlet, Note this model has 2, 1 Runs the guage, The other tells the pcm what temp the motor is for strategy. DO NOT REMOVE THIS WITH VEHICAL WARM OR HOT. IT WILL SPEW COOLANT IF YOU TRY, Allow vehical to cool all the way, And this is a very easy repair :) Good luck, God bless
Are you getting a code with this misfire or just feeling one? This car eats coils for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would replace all (6 or 8) coils and plugs. That would be the best place to start
