Be certain that your electric cooling fan is coming on. I have the same issue right now. It actually got so hot the first time we noticed there was a problem that it cracked my radiator. Replaced with one from Autozone for $150. Dealer wanted $350. I ordered a cooling fan on ebay that should come in today for $70.

Likely your fan relay internal contacts have burned closed. Relay should be either in the power distribution center or in front of the battery.

Fan won't come on

RADIATOR FAN WORKS OFF OF THE COOLANT SENSOR NOT THE IAT SENSOR. CHECK YOUR RELAYS AND ALSO SEE IF IT COMES ON WITH THE A/C AS THIS OVERIDES THE COOLANT SENSOR FOR THE FAN. MOST LIKELY CAUSE WOULD BE A FAN RELAY
