Be certain that your electric cooling fan is coming on. I have the same issue right now. It actually got so hot the first time we noticed there was a problem that it cracked my radiator. Replaced with one from Autozone for $150. Dealer wanted $350. I ordered a cooling fan on ebay that should come in today for $70.
RADIATOR FAN WORKS OFF OF THE COOLANT SENSOR NOT THE IAT SENSOR. CHECK YOUR RELAYS AND ALSO SEE IF IT COMES ON WITH THE A/C AS THIS OVERIDES THE COOLANT SENSOR FOR THE FAN. MOST LIKELY CAUSE WOULD BE A FAN RELAY
