I have a 2005 cadillac escalade esv, i need to replace the light bulbs for the steering wheel controls. how do i go about doing this?
The switches in the steering wheel do not have bulbs, the switches have LED which lights up.
so if the lights in the switches are not working you'll need to replace the switches.
May have a regular 12 volt bulb, like many gm cars do. Radio Shack has replacement bulbs that you solder in.
One bulb others have used:
Radio Shack: P/N 272-1092C
Do not cut the extra wire off unitl your done soldering. If you haven't soldered before, radio shack has pen type and everything needed.
