Check for a good spark at the plugs ,if ok check fuel pressure and fuel flow. fuel pressure should be around 300 kpa, Flow around 500 ml, in 30 seconds.

Are you sure u ran out if gas . also check your relay for fuel pump , as well as any fuse in the box , I'm assuming everything is stock . However even having aftermarket stereo could cause you grief .

Check electrical , but fuel as a secondary

After changing all of that, have you checked to see if you have spark at the ignition coil? Remove one of the wires off of the coil pack and crank the engine over, is there spark "snapping" from the coil?
If so, check fuel pressure (not sure which engine you have). If it is the 3.8 multi port, you should have 40PSI.
One of those is missing, need to know which one to tell you the next step.

Died while driving, cranks, but no spark.

one of the reasons that engine stop while being driven is a failed timing belt or chain
that affects the cam/crank position sensors and so there is no spark allowed
so run the fault codes first and check that the cam shaft is turning when it is cranking

My 97 tahoe the rpm's start going funny engine startes running like its missing popping and ******* and die's it has new fuel pump ,sending unit ,rotor, cap.cam censor ,fuel relay everytime i c

I'm assuming you replaced the fuel filter when you did the pump.
You'll have to try to figure out if you are loosing fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed.
Its possible something is failing inside the distributor among other things.
I'm also assuming you have checked the computer for trouble codes.

1991 Buick Ragal Custom 3.1 starts, then stalls immediately.

You need the exhaust converter so the O2 sensor can
work properly

It sounds as though the converter is blocked,as well
as the fuel trim, if that is correct term for an OBD1 System,
is not able to report back the oxygen in the failed converter

So the ecm can not provide the correct fuel mixture by
pulsing the injectors

I would also expect the timing chain to have a lot of slop
& possibly be off a couple teeth, from worm plastic gear

'95 Buick Riviera, SuperCharger. Car won't Start up!

unplug the cam sensor behind the water pump pulley; see if it starts; if it does, shut off engine; replace both cam and crank sensors because crank sensors go out in these engines

93 honda del sol will turn over but wont start. It has a new time belt, distrib, and the main relay works.

Is it not getting spark or gas? It needs both to run. Both main source. If no spark in any cylinder, then ignition module or crank sensor is likely faulty. If no gas, then fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump or fuel pump relay is bad.

CAR CUT OFF WHEN DRIVING

Have u checked for spark? U can pull a plug wire off, install a plug in the wire (saves u from taking a plug out), place plug on metal surface, crank engine while someone watches for a spark. If no spark check coil and ignitor (inside distributor). If u have spark check to see if u have gas making it to plugs. Crank engine over (no more than 10 seconds, give it a 10 second rest, try again for 10 sec. etc, ) After doing this for several minutes, pull a plug and check it--it should be wet from gas. If the plug is dry, u aren't getting gas (change fuel filter, check fuel pump). countrycurt0
