Y just bought car know nothing about it
ABS light ON - without Red Brake Warning - means the ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) is not functioning. The standard braking system will still be functioning without ABS functionality.
If both the Amber ABS and the Red Brake lamps are on - you need to get it fixed right away - don't delay.
Things You Can Do: 1. Check the Brake Fluid
2. Check Fuses
3. Have someone scan the system for fault codes - there should be a stored fault (possibly your local Auto Parts Store may be able to scan for codes at No Charge)
Let me know if this helps
Thanks
