How do I reset the service soon light on 2003 chevy s10 pickup truck

I believe you mean resetting the Code. You can go to Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys and then can reset this for you, free. Sometimes you can just disconnect the NEG post of your battery and the computer will clear. But most people do not like resetting their clock or radio when you do this.

Service soon light usually means basic service such as an oil change, oil transmission something around those lines. Anything more complex would have the check engine light on

Yes advanced auto or autozone can reset this light with a scan tool for nothing. You can also do this yourself if you disconnect the battery cables for 5 minutes then reconnect them start your vehicle and let it idle with everything off including the radio and fan blower. Let it idle for 2 to 3 minutes to reset the computer. Provided there are no fault with your car the light will be off and stay off.
