Find a good schematic for your car's windshield wiper circuit. It's a simple circuit to follow, but you will probably have to replace a circuit board.
Hope this helps.

The windshield wiper motor is a smart wiper motor with an integrated electronics module. The internal components of the motor are the high/low relay, washer pump relay, and the run/park relay and associated electronics.
The windshield wiper motor receives its inputs from the windshield wiper/washer switch. These signals are ground reference signals. When the switch is placed in different positions, various input signals are selected and sent through circuits to the motor. The windshield wiper motor module identifies these selected input signals and activates the motor to the selected function.!
Your probably going to need a new wiper motor ! ! ! But you should always test before replacing parts !

I have a 2007 mustang coupe the wind shield wipers wont turn off

Could be a fault with the self park switch that is integrated into the motor or perhaps the wash/wipe sweep timer relay. It depends on how it is wired but unplugging the relay might stop them or it might not and even if it does it isn't likely to prove anything. Substituting a known good relay is the best way of testing and if that makes no difference I suggest checking the motor self-park switch next.

Wipers wont turn off... someone broke my on/off switch

Emily, the steering column cover at the top of the steering wheel has to come off. You or someone has to unscrew the screws inside the column cover and unplug the electrical connector. This will help stop the motor under the hood from operating. If you have to; look at the fuse box either under the dash beside the steering wheel or under the hood. There should be a wiper blade fuse to pull out as well. Hope this helps. If you want to send me picture messages on these locations to better help you, please do so. How do i fix nonstop windshield wipers on a 98 ford mustang?

In the instrument panel fuse box , fuse # 2 30 amp. is power for the wiper control module . Pulling that fuse will or should turn them off . Your wiper / washers are controlled by a electronic control module , if i were to guess ,i would say that was bad. But that is just a guess , without testing don't know for sure . Also there is a switch inside the wiper motor that allows parking operations of the wipers .
