I need diagram of fan belt for Lexus LS 400 1993 model.

its the serpintine belt or tentioner. change the belt and the noise will be gone

Your best ,to cut the old belt,to remove.

You can use a long handle 1/2" drive ratchet, on the belt tensioner.

The only pic is in the shop manual.

Wear long sleeves and arm protector sleeves on top. the fan housing is sharp and a tight fit. You will be there a couple hours.

Draw a picture before you start, and you won't need a diagram

Try lexls.com. This site has awesome tutorials with pictures for each repair step. I believe there is a tutorial for the drive belt repair as well.
