Radio shows no power and receives nothin. Changed blue fuse #20

f you look on the inside of the fuse cover, it is probably labelled Auxiliary.

What fuse ? Radio fuse 20 amp - located in the underhood fuse box ? Before replacing fuse did you check for B+ voltage with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Internal problem in the radio ? Do you have onstart ? have an amp ? Satellite radio ? Changed fuse , was the old one blown ?
Radio Power
The radio does not use a discrete ignition feed circuit for power moding. The power mode master (PMM) provides the system power mode to the radio via serial data messages. The PMM determines the system power mode by processing power mode information from ignition switch inputs. Serial data power modes supported by the radio are OFF, ACCESSORY, RUN, and CRANK REQUEST.
Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop , you have no idea how complex these systems can be . Hooking up a GM factory scanner to check data inputs from the BCM (PMM) power mode master should be done to diagnose this .

The fuse box is under the hood it is fuse number 20 a Light blue 15 amp is the radio fuse.

first check the aux fuse, then check to see if the clock comes on the radio, if it don't check the radio it should have fuses, check them. check the connector to the radio for power, with the key in the off position you should have 1 12vlt power with the key on you should have 2 12vlt power... if the fuses are good on the radio and you don't have any power to the connector, it could be a relay or ignition switch

The fuse you are looking for might be in the fuse box under the hood. I think on or about page 203 of the owners manual it will show the locations of the fuse boxes. The one under the dash is a little tricky. Just figure out what by looking at the pattern of the fuse lay out. You are looking for a 15 amp(blue) fuse I believe.

After you fix that I would recomend using the power outlet. I believe there are 2. One just in front of the shifter and the other in the center armrest storage box.
