Check to see if your coolant levels are down. Check to assure the coolant is circulating and that your thermostat is opening and closing and not stuck. Check toi be sure there is no blockages in your coolant system. The heater core could be blocked. Check to see if your switch on the dash that adjusts from warm to cool is functioning properly. It may be stuck in the cold position
in the door sill, there should be a lever or button at the lower portion of the door sill. Push on the lever/button while pulling on the seatbelt while allowing the slack to retract. It takes a few tries before the winding mechanism catches.
1)move the plastic cover over the seat belt out of the way to gain access to the two mounting bolts for the seat belt mechanism. Use a 10mm wrench and a 14mm wrench and remove the two bolts holding the seat belt mechanism to the body. Use a small drill bit or small screwdriver and make one hole in the plastic cover on each side of the seat belt mechanism (the covers say "do not remove plastic cover". Spray lots of wd40 in each hole. Then exercise the seat belt. When the mechanism allows the belt to be retracted, retract the belt all the way out and exercise the seat belt. Reinstall mechanism with both mounting screws in original position and put plastic cover back in place. Good luck. New seat belt costs $100.00 from dealer and are hard to find working in junk yards. I have fixed several of them this way.
Inertia reels get stuck permanantly if pulled out suddenly over time or after an accident. You may be able to remove it or pull lightly out with little tension and tap on it, if not you may need to replace the inertia reel.
Hi it could be as simple as the the bar coming from the interior handle to the door latch has come off or broken, Remove the the door card and check all is hooked up as it should be, Hope this helps
