Had the same problem on my 92....check under the hood on the drivers side, towards the front, there is a "junction box" with all of the lighting wires connecting from the switches to the lights. My wires were all corroded inside,so I cleaned the ends and bought a new box from the local electronic supply store. The problem has not come back.

On my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee the high beam's work and the fog lights work but the regular headlights don't. How do i fix it?

Assuming that the low beam bulbs are okay, there is a possibility that your dimmer switch that controls your low & high beams is malfunctioning. This part is on the steering column and may require some disassembly of the column cover to access.

Jeep headlight problem

Check the relay for you headlights. It seems like you are only getting juice when in hi-beams are on and not lo-beams. Or maybe the lo-beam portion of you headlights are burned out. There are 2 filiments inside the light, one for hi and one for low.
