Hi welcome main problems are the abs valves causing the 3 dash lights (search 3 amigos online) a really badly sited compressor can cause air suspension models to fail giving the bags a slow leak the V8 is a solid engine but can have radiator expansion tank and cap failures
the other issue is electrics windows and door looms are problematic
most dome lights are controlled or actuated by a ground supply switch rather than a power supply switch therefore the problem can be in the switch at the door jamb or the latch mechanism inside the door or perhaps a bare wire in between the light and the door contacting ground.
i have same probleme with my land rover, this trouble is intermitant wath can i do abs light traction control andhill descent if you have he ansher for me [email protected] thank you
this is actually the internal DC motor which comes inside the door latch. Land Rover doesn't sell it separately. You need to buy the whole door latch to have this problem sorted out. or else you can buy the DC motor from me as I made a special order from a factory for those DC motors as they are common fault in most of new Land rover generation. each motor costs you $30 +shipping
Regards..
Check the door switches for the interior lights and tighten the screws holding these on to make a good earth contact.Knock the door locks lightly with a hammer to get the insides loosened up and lube these with a penetrating spray.
