Sounds like the blower fan is not coming on all the time. Also check for circulation.
For the fan, you have a resistor which not be be making a proper circuit for the fan to work. If the fan resistor is okay, then the blower motor is the problem.
If the vehicle has a cabin filter check to see if it is plugged. Good Luck!

Checking while switch on the air condition and the RPM move down and up ??

Its because the condenser uses power to run therefore idling up the engine this is normal that's why u burn more gas using ac, and when your moving its still making noise u just cant hear it

Radiator fan doesnt switch off.

Many vehicles are set up to run the radiator(/ac condenser) fan whenever the air conditioning is on. Might this be the case here - is the air conditioning on when on the open road? Just a thought.

My 2006 accord ac/heater doesnt blow any air but you can hear switch to compressor come on

Either your blower motor fuse is blown or the blower motor itself is bad. Have it checked out.

My ac it's working bad, non cold air. I notice the air it's coming out from the top of the panel and from the bottom, looks like the switch stuck, so I can't swich positions to see if the ac is working....

1st thing you can check is to open the hood and have a helper turn the AC switch on and off and listen for a clicking noise from the engine compartment. If you hear this clicking noise everytime the AC is turned off and on then it is likely the AC compressor is working okay which would likely mean your blend door and actuator is stuck or has malfunctioned somehow. In either case they are both jobs for skilled tech's do to the likelyness of having to remove the IP to change them. If you do not hear any clicking noise under the hood then check all fuses and if they are all okay then I would recommend taking your car to a local tech that is AC certified do to the complexity of an AC system. Hope this helps.

Almost no air comes from the ac vents but fan is on high. This happens on auto and also on econ.

The 1992 was prior to Buick putting cabin air filters in so there is not a possibility it is clogged. So more than likely your blower motor is going bad or your fan control switch is bad. Does this problem occur with heating as well as AC? Does it change if you switch between blowing on floor, face, window(defrost) If it doesnt change based on location of blow and type of air temp then I would start by turning fan on high and placing head (ear ) against dash in center of console area. Have someone turn fan knob from low to high with engine OFF...After goign from low to high and back a few times you can see if the blower motor is responding to signal from switch. Listen for a whine, squeal, rattle, or humm. A whine or Humm would indicate a bad blower motor... Squeal or rattle a bad squirrel cage/fan blower blades. If you hear no noise and no perceivable change in blower speed/noise then its possible your switch is bad. Unfortunately the only way to definitely diagnose either is to pull the switch from dash and use multimeter to test for voltage change and for blower motor to pull dash. There is a digital control unit for your car as well. Although rare sometimes the wires on this can loosen or it can go bad. But since you didnt state teh fan wasnt working at all and you are getting cool air, that woudl be teh last thing to check

1991 Sie rra GMC AC control problem

this will happen if the system senses low charge. This doesnt mean that is the problem the low pressure switch or cycling switch on the accumulator/dryer on passenger side firewall will also keep in from coming on. this can be checked by jumping the system there. If you jump it and it comes on and air is cold on both sides of cab this could definately be the problem.

1993 holden barina- air contioning not working

it should be in a black box under the bonnet it can be a number of things if your ac belt is broken it wont run also if the ac is out of gas if everything is intact with the engine running start the ac and you should here your enging slow down a little if this happens it probable needs gassing if it doesnt i would say its a problem with the pump or power to the pump also make sure ac switch is functioning failing this have it inspected by an auto electrician as this is their field of expertise.
