There are a lot of good videos on YouTube to help with this. Although most are for the 5.3L engine the process and procedures are the same. The hardest and most time consuming part is removing the top cover and all the air induction tubing. As long as you have the time, skills and patience to do your own work this is not a terribly difficult task. With hourly rates as high as $125 hr I do all my own maintenance and use YouTube videos all the time. This one will give you a good idea of what's involved. Good luck!

4.8l, 2wd. What are the probable causes of DTC P0121?

That's an emissions code. It's sucking in too much air. Start with checking for vacuum leaks, air filter may not be sealed, could be idle air control valve, throttle pos. sensor. Many possibilities. Start with the simple stuff, you usually get it from that. good luck.

2004 chevy can spark plugs cause scanner to read tps on a 6.0 l gas 2004 chevy silverado

It shouldn't. The TPS sensor is voltage based on throttle position. If the plugs are bad, you should get a separate cylinder misfire code only. If you are getting a TPS code, it is likely the TPS. Remember too, it is an electronic TPS, so there is a sensor on the accelerator pedal assembly that it talks to. Make sure that's plugged in. What you can do is with the vehicle in the on position (not running) - push the pedal all the way to the floor a few times. Also, clean out the throttle body and ensure there is no gunk preventing the throttle body from opening smoothly and all the way. Good Luck.

My 2006 Hyundai sonata reading on a code reader P2118, P2119, P2110

P2118 - Electronic Throttle Control(ETC) system is made of the components throttle body, Throttle Position Sensor(TPS)1&2 and Accelerator Position Sensor(APS) 1&2. The throttle body contains the actuator, the throttle plate and the throttle position sensor (potentiometer), which are integrated in one housing. The actuator consists of a DC motor with a two-stage gear. The opening angle of the throttle valve is detected by the throttle position sensor which is mounted on the throttle body. And it provides feedback to the ECM to control the throttle motor in order to control the throttle valve opening angle properly in response to the driving condition.

P2119 - associated

P2110 - A bulletin provides the procedure to clean the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC)
throttle body of Theta-2.0L/2.4L engine equipped vehicles. If a vehicle exhibits the
condition(s) listed below and deposits are found at the valve-to-bore interface inside the
ETC throttle body, clean the throttle body using the procedure described in this bulletin.

This throttle body cleaning procedure should be performed when diagnosing
the conditions listed below. Do not replace the throttle body prior to performing
this procedure.

Any of the following conditions may be caused by throttle body deposits:
• No start (due to throttle valve stuck closed or air flow signifcantly restricted)
• Rough idle or fluctuating engine speed at idle (due to air flow restriction)
• MIL "On" with DTC P2118 or P2119 occurring along with P2110:
• P2118: Throttle Actuator Control Motor Current Range/Performance
• P2119: Throttle Actuator Control Throttle Body Range/Performance
• P2110: Throttle Actuator Control System-Forced Limited Power

It seems CLEAR you have a STICKING butterfly plate in the throttle body.

you need to have the codes retrieved and see if you have a code for the throttle module or pedal position sensor, a common problem is the module on the throttle body, which requires throttle body replacement.
