My 1990 Lexus sat with a dead battery for about a year. I replaced battery and it started right up, but I can't get the shifter out of park and into gear.

From sitting, the brake shift interlock solenoid has probably become stuck. There is a manual release near the shifter--you merely insert a key to push down the release. That will get you moving. With the engine running, try gently and rapidly pumping the brake pedal to get the solenoid moving freely. Be sure the brake lights are working.
In the worst case, you'll need to open the console to free the mechanism or replace the interlock.

I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited that won't start. Help!

If there is a fault with the shifter, it won't let you start the vehicle.

The codes will tell you the story. You need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. You can't guess faults like that.

The 12 volt battery(LUCAS 065/3) on my FORD FIESTA 1100cc is 4 years old, in that time i have only driven 1,600 miles as my journeys are usually very local. I make sure i use the car twice a week to keep...

Running so few miles has accelerated the aging of the battery - the battery never had a chance to fully recharge in such small trips -  so now you have to replace it a year sooner than usual.
Just replace it.

1990 acura GS integra has new battery, alternator and starter but once in a while it doesnt want to start when you turn the key its like dead no cliking noise no nothing, I taken it to electrical mechanics...

If the car is 5 speed it could be the main efi relay or the clutch safety switch. I have had run in's with those two . If it's a automatic car the next time it happens push the shifter forward it may start some times the park safety switch can go out and cause this problem. Hope this info helps!!!
