This is more of a question than an answer,..but it appears no one seems to know anything about identifying which serpentine belt to use,..there are two listed for the 2004 Toyota Camry 2.4 liter engine. One belt is designed for engines with the "enhancement" and another belt was designed for 2.4 liter engines WITHOUT the "enhancement" My question here is,..How do you know if your 2004 Toyota Camry has this "Enhancement" installed or not.

You will need to remove the upper engine mount, which i like to do, or do the job from under the car, which also usually requires the moumt to be removed. Let me know if you need anymore asistance as i know Toyota's to be a handful sometimes.

You are correct, there is no automatic tensioner for either belt. The linked YouTube video provides good guidance for replacing the belts - more so for the top one. To replace the lower belt, remove the right front tire and the splash shield to get to the lower part of the engine for the power steering belt.

F = Fan pulley
G = Guide pulley
Gen = Alternator
T = Tensioner
AC = Air Conditioning
PAS = Power Assisted Steering

There's a belt tensioner by the alternator, use a breaker bar to turn it a little to put slack in the belt to take it off. Then follow the belt routing diagram under the hood.
