MAF sensor is the mass air flow sensor in the intake system
it is part of the mixture adjustment system that the ecm has to have to adjust correctly.

Also it shows code Po400.Do I put in a new MAF Sensor.

code p 0400 refers to exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system---flow malfunction===causes hose leak/blockage ---basic setting not carried out--wiring---EGR valve EGR solenoid--ECM
the code has nothing to do with a MAF sensor

I'm working on a 2000 suzuki esteem 4 door car it acts like its not getting enough fuel but has good fuel pressure

The air filter is okay?
Personally, I would look at the MAF sensor - try disconnecting the electrical connector and driving the car. A warning light will appear on your dashboard, yes .. but if the car behaves as it should that points towards a faulty maf sensor.

Also try removing and cleaning your EGR valve

Here's a couple of links that may help:

Troubles with MAF sensor

MAF Sensor Suzuki Esteem

problems with egr valve and catalytic converter for suzuki esteem 98

You can also try disconnecting the O2 sensor - see what the car runs like.

My advice would be to NOT follow all the advice you get. Try things yourself. Your car runs ... but somewhere in the MAF sensor- EGR valve - O2 sensor there's a glitch. Do the simple things first - disconnect the MAF, clean the EGR ..

Is my valves not closing proply cause my car is flooding and when i drive it cuts out and i have to wait a few minutes before i can start and drive again

the valves have nothing to do with the car flooding. run the fault codes and see if there is a fuel pressure problem or MAP/MAF/VAF sensor problems

STALLS WHEN STARTED UNLESS I PRESS GAS

the iac code has nothing to do with the maf . the maf is your mass air flow sensor and it is in the air tube going to the throttle body. the iac is your idle air control valve that is in the throttle body next to the throttle position sensor

1993fordexplorerfloodinghave replaced MAFsensor have replaced fuelreg. valve. it runs fair with MAF unpluged ,but whenplug it floods worse.

the MAF has nothing to do fuel. it sounds like a injector problem or the you have no spark in 1 or 2 cylinders and it is not burning the gas

When driving the SUV has a hesitation or pulls. I was wondering if it could be my fuel filter or maybe a sensor for the air intake how do I diagnose to see which one it could be? Or could it be something...

Not the fuel filter, unless it has been on the vehicle ten years, and is totally clogged. It filters fuel, nothing else!
Clean the MAF Sensor with --CRC MAF Cleaner
Could be other things--spark plugs,egr valve,vacuum leaks

2003 ford taurus idle problems had trouble codes

A code P0174 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters can cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.
  • There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor. and your solutions are.
    • In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner . Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
    • Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
    • Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

Location of the pvc valve and the maf sensor Can't find the PCV valve to change it.

The PCV valve is part of the front valve cover and in order to replace it you have to replace the valve cover.

The MAF sensor is in the air filter housing. The connector is on the top of the housing.
