I think you need a new wiper motor. Costs about a hundred bucks at a parts store. Check on www.youtube.com for a video of some replacing one and decide whether or not the job is within your mechanical skills. If not then there is nothing wrong with paying a shop to install your part, stay away from dealers on this one, it is long out of warranty.

Possible dead cell in battery, most likely a fault in the charging system. First, Jump Vehicle to get started then remove the Negative cable. If the vehicle dies when you take the jumper cables away or when you disconnect the negative cable your alternator or charging system is faulty. If the vehicle runs without battery connected you have a bad cell in your battery, replace the battery.
Sounds like a compression leak from one or more injectors into the fuel system. I am guessing that you already changed both the frame and under hood fuel filters in the last 15,000 miles? Be sure the cap on the frame fuel filter is tight, any gap between the cap and housing can cause fuel to return to the tank instead of going filtered o the engine.
