Yes, you most likely have blown the power window controller in the driver side door. When this happened to me, I started the car in the morning and the driver side window went down by itself, wouldn't go back up. It was a nightmare, I had to workout the pinout for the motor and feed 12v to get the window up. After tools were stolen from my car I started to dislike power windows.
If you are good with electronics you can diagnose individual components on the power window controller circuit, but if you find a capacitor or relay at fault these identical parts are hard to come by. If you can find the part number look on Amayama Trading for a replacement, I have noticed second hand wreckers selling them more than what they cost brand new.
There is a Power Window Relay labeled P/W Relay. Located under the hood, bottom right hand corner of the relay / fuse block. There is a 50A fuse feeding the PW relay. After the relay there are individual fuses for each window.
Loss of ground from the Drivers Door window switch bank could also disable the windows. The window switch should ground by your left foot, under the plastic somewhere.
