sound like bad battery cables.replace them.the positive battery cable is old and have a lot of resistance not allowing power to the alternator to charge battery.if battery cable good check alternator connector wires.make sure they are not damage also check alternator fuse and fuse link.turn off radio before removing battery wires so you wont lose radio code.

Anything is possible but if you want to know if #3 is really misfiring and hurting the performance try pulling the plug wire to cylinder # 3 with the engine off (so you don't get shocked) Now start the care and see how it runs. If it runs the same then #3 is really bad. In that case imagine how much better it would run if #3 was up and operating correctly.

Hi, listen to hear if your fuel pump is running when you turn the key to the run position. If it is, buy a "noid" light to check if the injectors are firing as you crank the motor.
Work your way back or forward accordingly, depending on what you find.
If the pump isn't running, check the fuel pump, relay and fuse. If it is runing, and injectors aren't firing, check crank and cam sensors. Also, the oil pressure sender can interrupt the fuel flow if it's faulty. If both OK, check the fuel pressure regulator......
