SOURCE: power door locks and drivers window have failed on 2004 colorado

I had the same problem to the T. I look online for all the same solutions and I can only tell you what worked for me. Actually what I think worked, HAHA! I went out to my truck and unplugged both battery terminals from battery and placed them together to supposedly reset the electrical system, "so I was told." After this for about 20 min or so, I went back out and in this order; re-installed positive terminal followed by negative terminal to battery. After this I checked locks and windows and surprise they worked. I've seen a lot of people say that all they did was wait and they worked later, so maybe it was that and not what I did, but who cares, they work now. Give it a shot and if it works for you, GREAT let me know, I HATE CHEVY CAUSE OF THIS......they wanted me to pay for a stupid diagnostic before they would help me........well screw you I fixed myself. SOURCE: Blower on my 2004 Chev Colorado only works on high setting #4.

You need a resistor pack, which is likely located in the air box, near the blower motor.

I need to change ignition switch on my Chevy Colorado

The ignition switch should be located at the lower part of the steering column and is actuated by the key cylinder. It is difficult to replace (made hard for thieves to get at it).

The brake lights on my 2004 Chevy Colorado are not working. It has new bulbs and the fuse is not blown. What else could it be?

Look above your brake pedal and you will see your brake switch up along your brake pedal arm. It will either be between the brake arm and the firewall so when you brake it pushes the switch in. Or it will be between the dash and the brake arm so when you brake it pulls the switch out. Most likely this switch needs to be replaced
