How do i replace the license plate light on a 93 geo metro

This is in the operators guide. (get one?)
R&R

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the screws from the license plate lamp assembly.
3. Remove the license plate lamp assembly.
4. Remove the socket from the lamp assembly.
5. Remove the bulb from the socket.
6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
