You could buy a drain pump or drop the tank or siphon the fuel out .You can buy electric pump or hand pump cheap !I saw an electric one on eBay for 30 bucks ,hooks up to the car battery !

Find a new sender unit, drop the gas tank, replace the sender unit, put the tank back in and you are on your way. good luck finding a new sender unit. Flush the tank and replace the screen while you are in there.
I think you mean that you have water in your diesel fuel. Open the valve behind the fuel/water separator and drain out some of the watery fuel into a pan (place pan under the car). If you have a lot of water in your fuel, you may need to have a professional drain your fuel tank, flush out the fuel system, and try to salvage the fuel for reuse. I hope this helps.
It is in the tank. You need to drop tank and test voltage of wires going to pump to see if it is in fact the pump. Clean the tank if you replace pump. Look at the pump on Autozone.com
