Trouble shoot dash lights out in a 1997 Isuzu rodeo

the cluster (warning lights dead, not parking lights)
is a fuse
marked "METER"
in CB7 dash fuse box.

the operators guide has FUSE chapter, read that yet?

Have you replace or tested the brake light switch at the brake pedal arm under the dash? If not do so, it is likley the problem.

The power windows use a 30amp fuse. The fuses are located below the dash board on the driver's side. It is located in slot CB-27 and is the largest fuse mounted in the middle of the box.

Check for any blown fuse, if they are ok then your dash light bulb is blown and need change.

Hi. The blower motor is wired to the blower motor fuse and also to a blower relay. It could be the fuse or the relay. Check the fuse first as it is cheaper. The relay is generally under the dash to the right of the steering column. Joe

This is straight from Haynes Repair Manual for 1989-1997 Isuzu Amigo/Rodeo/Honda Passport (book # 47017:
The 12 pin Assembly Line Data Link (ALDAL) terminal is located under the dash on the driver's side on 3.1L engines. To retrieve the trouble codes, connect a jumper wire to terminals A and B. It may be covered with a plastic cover. They suggest using a paper clip to jumper the two terminals-then turn ignition switch to ON position (NOT ENGINE START). Check engine light on dash will flash-one flash-a pause-then two short flashes-indicating code 12-diagnostic mode. After self checking-if there are any trouble codes-the light will flash proper codes using mentioned method.Note the flash code then call a shop with your info for what ails your Rodeo.

CHECK FUSE PANEL WITH A TORCH AND LOOK FOR ANY BLOWN FUSES.

TO TROUBLE SHOOT ELECTRICAL YOU MIGHT NEED TO TRY A GOOD BULB OF CORRECT TYPE INTO SOCKET IN BRAKE FIXTURE THEN ALSO MAKE CERTAIN THE REGULAR TAIL LIGHT ELEMENT IS GOOD REPLACE FUSE WITHOUT PRESSING BRAKE LIGHTS ON IF FUSE IS OK THEN TURN ON THE RUNNING LIGHTS SEE IF THE ONE IN QUESTION IS COMING ON IF IT IS AND THE FUSE IS OK THEN PRESS BRAKE PEDAL AND SEE IF THE BULB LIGHTS WITH THE BRAKE ON ALSO THE FOUR WAY FLAHER IF FUSE IF STILL GOOD IT MIGHT ALLOW DASH LIGHTS TO COME ON MANY VEHICLES HAVE A SAFETY WAY OF LETTING YOU KNOW YOU HAVE NO TAIL LIGHTS BY ALSO TURNING OFF THE DASH LIGHTS.

If the check engine light is on have it read for the engine problem code. then google that code which will tell you where the problem is coming from.
